Retail Search & Selection was established in 2004 and commenced operations from the now, Head Office in Berkhamsted. Further offices were opened to compliment our clients needs. Our sole objective is to supply a highly professional recruitment service tailored to individual client requirements.

Recruiting is conducted by your dedicated account handlers or an appointed consultant

Conduct face to face meetings with the recruiting managers when we can any instructions this is particularly relevant if Line Managers have never used Retail Search & Selection
To increase communication between Retail Search & Selection and Line Managers with regards to feedback both positive and negative on all CVs submitted and interviews taken
Finalise a contractual agreement between the client and Retail Search & Selection and for this to be filtered to all relevant recruiting managers
To be fully utilised as a supplier covering all levels of retail recruitment
Implement quarterly service calls and reviews to monitor the recruitment process
