Today CV-Library celebrates five million registered CVs on its established database, keeping its title as the UK’s fastest growing online job board (ABCe) and largest CV database.
In less than a year CV-Library has received over one million new CV registrations to their database; with more exciting offline marketing campaigns and plans to extend their network even further these figures are not likely to slow down any time in the near future.
Lee Biggins, Managing Director of CV-Library: “Online marketing has always been key to our growth and with a large network in place and strong partner channels running alongside we’re now able to grasp new opportunities, specifically offline and social marketing. Growth within our internal team has allowed us to concentrate on new campaigns and still run an increasingly successful job board.
“Thanks to the success of our TV and London Underground campaigns earlier in the year our branding has never been stronger and we’re definitely keeping up with the big competitors.”
CV-Library has set more personal bests in 2012 than ever before, with over 900,000 job applications being recorded each month and close to 11 million monthly job searches. Their mobile site and application are also very popular with jobseekers with 17% of all web traffic being generated via the mobile HTML site.
As always, CV-Library remain responsive to their clients with constant updates to the site improving usability and ensuring recruiters have access to an efficient recruitment platform. Recent changes include the introduction of a new CV view, providing users with a clearer layout and faster CV screening process. And full LinkedIn integration, encouraging candidates to connect their LinkedIn profiles to their CV-Library accounts, offering recruiters more up to date candidate information.
CV-Library work hard to ensure the CVs on their database are fresh and up to date. All candidates are contacted frequently to encourage them to update their CVs or remove them from the system. This ensures recruiters accessing the database are only sourcing CVs from active jobseekers.
Recruiters can not only access the extensive CV database and post jobs to the huge network of jobseekers but make the most of new products being launched month by month. These include Hoot Social Media; a start-up social media solution and bespoke Mobile Solutions; a cost-effective mobile app and HTML site building service.
