Salary: £13,383 to £16,074*

We are looking for an experienced Residential Manager to run a service for adults with Autism and complex needs. Will be required to run the home efficiently, staff supervision and training, care plans and risk assessments, care reviews, budget control, working alongside other professionals, staff team meetings and general all round management of the home
