Senior Buyer required for a manufacturer based in Bedford. The Senior Buyer / Commodity Manager will be required to fully manage the indirect and direct commodities, such as machine parts and components.

The Role
The Senior Buyer / Commodity Manager will have experience in developing both low and high volume supply chains
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies across the indirect and direct commodities; Including supplier identification, supplier analysis and assessment, negotiation and contract award.
Knowledge of Commercial Frameworks and detailed commodity plans, which can be applied to multiyear sourcing.
