My client is a large hotel in Berkshire, who are recruiting for a Front of House Manager.

You will be responsible for the Reception team, Concierge, Switchboard and Nights. The Front of House Manager will prepare rotas and deal with staff issues including training, appraisals and day to day team management.

The successful Front of House Manager will have experience in the 4* market, ideally at a property with more than 150 bedrooms.
