This long established upmarket Italin restaurant in mid Kent is looking for a head chef to take over from the chef/proprietor who sadly died.
The restaurant is seen as a high quality venue and as such does not do Pizzas. However the owner is looking to keep standards high whilst rebranding the restaurant as a more affordable venue, albeit current prices are not high.
Covers in the week are low but Friday and Saturday can see as many as 80 to 100 covers.
There are 3 chefs in the brigade. The restaurant closes on Sundays
Shared accommodation is available. The salary is £26,000 net so the package is worth about £33k....
A Demi Chef / Chef de Partie required for an outstanding 5 Star Hotel and Spa in Hertfordshire.
The hotel has a 100 cover brasserie and a 40/50 cover 2AA Rosette fine dining restairant as well as a bar and functions to 120.
As a demi or chef de partie you will be part of a 21 strong brigade so you will get plenty of support.
