Responsibilities include supervising a team of machine operators running the CCS 510, producing cartons in line with KPI’s for speed, make ready, down time and waste, developing the team to achieve maximum output being mindful at all times of adherence to good manufacturing process. A good strong basis of printing knowledge in UV Flexo and rotary die cutting is essential.
Ideally the right candidate will be a good organiser, methodical and have excellent interpersonal skills.
