•Directly assisting the executive chef
•Taking responsibility for scheduling and filling in when the executive chef is off duty
•Supervising the shift
•Motivating the team
•Ensure the overall smooth running of the kitchen
•Deal with customer queries

Previous experience required
Need to be able to work weekends as well as week days
