This is an incredibly challenging Head Chef role which demands the skills, inspiration and drive of a talented all-rounder. We're looking for a head chef who's a natural leader, someone with a background which incorporates both high volume and quality. You'll need the energy to manage and motivate a team of around 30 chefs and a hands-on approach.
