This role takes site responsibility for the management of our client’s service delivery. This includes taking prime responsibility ensuring that all maintenance and service related operational obligations are met and delivered safely, and also representing the company at meetings with the client and other key stakeholders.

Production of performance reports, customer satisfaction and representation of the account to senior management will all be key outputs. The post holder will need to win the confidence of theclient by providing scientific and technical leadership and safe, reliable management of operations and service delivery.
