Assistant Restaurant & Bar Manager - Crewe

This group hotel operation are presently looking to recruit an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the team. The hotel has 100 + bedrooms with large C&B operations , full leisure and a 200 cover restaurant and bar.

Your role will be to assist the Restaurant Manager day to day in providing a high standard of guest care. You will have the skills to work as part of the team and to lead with a hands on approach and to work with the hotel management team and to when required manage the restaurant operation with limited supervision.
