My client is looking for a willng and relaible candidate to work in a busy post room. Dealing and distributing the incoming mail to deadlines and collection of internal mail each day. You will also be required to cover the switchboard during lunch times so you will need to be smartly presented and have an excellent, professional telephone manner. You will need a minumum of 6 months work experience in an office environment.
The hours are Monday to Friday between 7.45 and 6.00 on a rota basis.
