JOB TITLE:- Plumbing Lecturer
SUBJECT:- Plumbing / Construction / Education
LOCATION:- South Cheshire
SALARY:- £19.55 per hour plus statutory holiday pay

We are looking for a qualified lecturer with experience teaching plumbing up to Level 3 to undertake a part time assignment within the South Cheshire area. Please be aware that this role is starting in September 2012, exact days and times are yet to be confirmed.

To be suitable for this role you must hold a recognised teaching qualification and have relevant trade qualifications.

Working across a portfolio of operational FM contracts this strategic role will be central to the lifecycle maintenance planning and development for existing and future FM contracts. The successful individual will work with and support contract teams to ensure the ongoing robustness and statutory compliance as well as putting in place processes and procedures for monitoring and improving delivery therefore essential skills are:
•A background working as an M&E surveyor, QS or M&E Asset Manager within Facilities Management with a relevant qualification(RICS, QS, BEng etc)
