A well established manufacturing company is looking to recruit an Engineering Manager for their site based in Cornwall, which is easily commutable from Redruth, Turo and St Austell.
The role is for an Engineering Manager to coordinate the engineering function with in the manufacturing environment to meet key KPI's. Duties will include day to day running of the department with Engineering Supervisors, Engineers and Technician reporting to you. Other responsibilities include ensuring Engineering cover and schedules are implemented for the production machinery, Health and Safety, Managing budgets and maximising efficiency.
