Purpose of the role Your role will be to assist the General Manager in the day to day running of the business, and developing the team in order maximise sales and hit the targets of the complex
Requirements of the role The ideal candidate will have proven management experience from a retail, leisure or hospitality background and will be practised in developing and inspiring team members, recruiting and coaching.
