We are looking to recruit an Engineering Manager who will be working for one of the UK's largest food manufacturing companies - based at one of their prestigious sites in the south west region.
The role requires a broad engineering background, with ideally at an HNC in mech / elec engineering. In this position you will be expected to take control of the engineering function, managing a number of staff employed in roles such as Engineering Supervisors, Multi-skilled Engineers and Technicians.
The remit will be to manage and oversee all aspects of Planned / Preventative maintenance & breakdown cover.
