Our client is looking for a Service Manager with responsibility for improving sales through their workshop. Although the ideal candidate will be an experienced Service Manager they will also need to be commercially focused, with a major part of the role to generate an increase in service and servicing packages for the company. This challenging role will also encompass on site customer visits to develop and enhance profitable relationships, in addition to managing and developing the existing workshop team of 11 staff.

You would be overseeing the maintenance and grounds of 14 blocks of flats. You would be dealing with all aspects of gardening along with general maintenance within the blocks. This position may suit someone with gardening knowledge and expertise! Monday – Friday 8.30am-5pm.
