Facilities Coordinator - School complex.

We are looking to recruit an experienced Facilities Coordinator for our School Site in Chapel-en- le-Frith to supervise our on site team providing Facilities Services. As the facilities co ordinator will have the day-to-day responsibility for managing the site in line with agreed service levels. We are looking for a facilities co ordinator with a strong total facilities background and some who had supervised and manage cleaning staff.

You will have full responsibility of all aspects of the site, this will included all Hard and soft services.

My client is a national UKAS accredited body and has a renowned reputation within the Asbestos industry with a leading Lab team combining years of experience and technical competency. It is due to an increase in bulk samples and continued growth of the company that they have an exicitng opportunity to recruit for a Bulk Analyst to join their reputable team.

The successful candidate will be:

- BOHS P401 qualified
- an experienced bulk analyst; minimum 2 years experience
- Suited to working full time in a busy laboratory environment and will have excellent standards of accuracy and productivity.

Position : Mechanical Building Services Engineer
Location: Oldham, Lancashire
Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday – Friday 9.00am – 17.30pm 1 hour for lunch break
