Experienced Head Chef required to work from an American Menu: Steaks, Burgers, Chicken, Fajitas, Pancakes and traditional breakfasts.

Responsibilities:

- Stock Ordering
- Organising kitchen staff
- Cook and manage busy kitchen
- Preparing and cooking American cuisines

Experience:

- Previous experience as a chef is essnetial.
