My Client is a national company that provide supported living for people with learning disabilities. Due to rapid expansion, they are seeking a Team Leader to work with their services in the Poole area.
The Team Leader is responsible for leading a designated group of support workers to ensure that excellent services are delivered to each person supported by the company.
