PASTRY CHEF FOR CELEBRATED COUNTRY HOUSE HOTEL SET IN 300 ACRES IN EAST SUSSEX
Some of the world's elite have stayed here so expectations are high. This hotel belongs to a small select group that we always offer our top people to them because they look after our chefs so well.
There are 50 covers served by a brigade of 12. There can be two wedding a day of up to 150 in the season but do not worry you will not be working alone.
There are a mixture of shifts depending upon business levels.
