Our client is looking for a talented Electronic [Test] Engineer to work mainly in the production department for a leading UK manufacturer in the security industry. Your main role will be to maintain and improve efficiency of our production test system. You will also be asked to work with the development department creating tests for new products. Ability to design and work safely with three-phase mains voltage protection and control components. Working knowledge of relevant national/international electrical safety and EMC standards, including EN61010, EN61326 and UL equivalents. Hands on approach with good practical skills.

A minimum of five years electrical and electronic design experience, including a proven track record of working with single and three phase supplied designs up to 460Vac.
Electrical and/or electronic engineering degree (e.g. BSc BEng, MEng) strongly preferred. An equivalent level engineering or science degree would be considered
