Compensation and Benefits Manager / Advisor - £30,000 - £40,000 + benefits

Reporting to the Director of Compensation and Benefits, the Compensation and Benefits Manager / Advisor will provide support to the reward and remuneration function of the company, assuring HR policy and practice supports management, company and business objectives. You will manage the reward programmes in an efficient and effective manner on behalf of staff and line managers to help attract and retain quality people as an employer of choice. The role also involves management and support of the Oracle HR system.
