Buildings/Facilities Manager
Ideal candidate understanding COSHH - Health and Safety procedures together with a hands on ability in plumbing and all round general maintenance of buildings heating systems and exterior grounds Maintenance. Management skills will be required in regard to small direct team and sub contractors. Organisation of building maintenance projects - budget control and negotiation with sub contractors also required. Previous buildings maintenance and management of staff are necessary skills for this role.
