You will be experienced in the sauce and fish sections and be able to run the section confidently and efficiently. You will have at least 3 years experience as a chef within a multi rosette establishment and hold professional qualifications. Two chefs de partie are required for this small hotel on the outskirts of Cheltenham.

£1.5 million has just been spent on creating a spa and they are now looking to rebuild their team.

The hotel has just been bought by a small, highly selective hotel group, looking to regain its 3AA Rosettes and to achieve that, a new kitchen is scheduled for the near future.

There are only 40 covers plus VERY small functions served by a 7 strong brigade.

This is a live out position.

The succesful Chef de Partie will enjoy a salary of between £16k to £18k depending upon experience
