COMMIS CHEF PASTRY OR DEMI CHEF PASTRY, sought by family owned hotel with 2AA Rosette restaurant.

There are only 30 covers plus functions up to 80 served by a 5 strong brigade.

Salary will be up to £13.5k plus FREE ACCOMMODATION bringing the package value up to over £15k
