I am looking for an ambitious Registered Manager, Care Manager or Deputy Manager to manage a small, stable residential service for adults with learning disabilities, autism, challenging behaviour and complex needs. Applicants will ideally have an NVQ3/NVQ4/RMA or equivalent, although is not essential if you have experience in the field.

This role will involve managing this stable residential home, with responsibility for liaising with CQC and the local authority, managing a budget, recruiting and retaining staff, and maintaining and improving quality procedures.
