My client is one of the UK’s leading support services companies, They deliver many key services including, design, build, manage, operate and maintaining assets, Dealing with companies both in the UK and overseas, Supplying customers in a wide variety of industry sectors including, Defence, Aerospace, Marine, Naval, MoD, Oil & Gas, Communications, Energy and Transportation. They now require a Business Analyst to be based in Bournemouth with some required travel.
We are currently seeking cleaners in the Bournemouth area who are hard working, reliable and punctual for one of the biggest soft services companies in the UK and Worldwide. The role will start off as temporary with potential for progression into a permanent role. Some general specifications include:
*Daily dust tops of furniture and all flat surface including window sill to remove dust, stains and grime
*Daily empty waste bins and dispose rubbish to designated area
*Daily sweep and mop/machine scrub all hard surface floors to remove dust, dirt and debris
*Daily vacuum clean all carpeted floors from wall to wall to remove dust...
Working 3 full days a week your main responsibilities will be liaising with senior staff at Regional, National and International level. Coordinating and servicing meetings to include drafting agendas, researching items and taking minutes and actions. Meetings may include complex negotiations and appeal/disciplinary/grievance meetings.
Proactively managing communication with members direct reports by preparing briefing notes, dealing with mail, preparing draft responses, resolving issues and ensuring deadlines are diarised and met.
