Our client is looking for an excellent Team Assistant to provide a high level of administrative and client service support allowing their Solicitors to focus purely on their legal work. The chosen candidate will have outstanding interpersonal skills both over the phone and face to face. You must have experience of diary management, file management, dealing with correspondence, whilst keeping databases up to date and dealing with the financial aspects of transactions.
Skills and Experience Required:
•Accurate typing speed of at least 60 words per minute.

Our client is looking for an excellent Legal Assistant to provide a high level of administrative services to the Tax and Trusts department.
Although this role would ideally suit somebody with a legal qualification or training, it may also suit those who are not legally qualified but have extensive experience in legal work as a secretary or administrator ideally obtained in a Private Client environment.
