Large Basingstoke based client is looking for a Recruitment Administrator to work within their HR team.
Must have a degree or equivalent in HR or Business.
The role will be to support the team in all admin functions, setting up new vacancies on their system, posting adverts, responding to candidates, arranging interviews, obtaining references, collating all paperwork, contracts of employment etc. Plus adhoc duties, filing, photocopying and general admin support.
Previous HR experience would be useful but the most important thing is someone who is interested in HR and is keen to learn!
Working hours are 9am - 5.30pm...
Working for a well established Basingstoke based company you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR Departments and the Senior Management team on an ad hoc basis.
You will be required to work 27.5 hours a week over 5 days - Monday to Friday.
