Our client is a prestigious and reputable country hotel based in picturesque grounds on the outskirts of Hertfordshire. The Banqueting and Events Manager will be responsible for the daily operations of the Banqueting Department. You will be responsible for directing and motivating a team while personally assisting in and providing high quality service based on requirements and standards. You will monitor and control financial and administrative responsibilities including asset protection as well as provide clear and concise communications to everyone having ownership in the success of the event.

A Demi Chef / Chef de Partie required for an outstanding 5 Star Hotel and Spa in Hertfordshire.

The hotel has a 100 cover brasserie and a 40/50 cover 2AA Rosette fine dining restairant as well as a bar and functions to 120.

As a demi or chef de partie you will be part of a 21 strong brigade so you will get plenty of support.

Salary is between £14,5k and £16.5k for a 40 hour week. All extra time is payable.
