Our client, a leading supplier of financial, CRM and planning software to wholesalers and distributers are currently looking for an experienced Technical Support person to provide support on a busy help desk. This is a diverse role which will include telephone support along with customer facing activities such as on-site installations, upgrades and some system training.
Responsibilities

Logging support calls
Managing on-going call list
Analysing and logging of system related faults ie bugs
