Position Summary:

The Manufacturing Engineer is a member of the UK Operations team based in Letchworth, responsible for the internal manufacturing processes and infrastructure, in addition to providing technical support to the contract manufacturer. FireMaster Alarms provides a specialist service in the design, installation, commissioning, servicing and maintenance of fire alarm and security systems throughout the United Kingdom.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced fire alarm and security service engineer to join us.

Duties will include servicing, attending call outs and commissioning. There is an on call rota.

The role will be to cover London and the Home Counties with occasional trips further afield.

Ideally you will have knowledge of fire alarm, intruder alarm, access control and CCTV systems.

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

To store and kit electronic components accurately and efficiently to given daily workload.

MAIN DUTIES

To kit components via the Vantage generated picking lists.
