An independent Recruitment Consultancy who has been based in Hertford for just over 10 years is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join their expanding team due to the relocation of an existing consultant. They specialise in placing mid to senior level candidates within the Commercial Sector - mainly in permanent positions. You will be taking over a desk of existing clients to build upon success.
As a Recruitment Consultant your duties will include:
• Placing commercial candidates into clients job vacancies.
• Working on a warm desk, you will be dealing with existing clients, forging relationships and maximising revenue.
Duties will include:
- Provide advice to employees on a range of HR issues, e.g. benefits, policies, via the HR helpdesk by phone & email in line with company values acting in accordance with relevant and best HR practice
