A Production Team Leader is required to join our client based in Mid-Kent.

Joining a friendly team, the incoming team leader will be expected to support the Production Floor Manager in all issues concerning production output and delivery; from people-management, workload scheduling, competency reviews, as well as training identification and implementation. You will also ensure that your team is aware of work priorities and deadlines in an attempt to complete production schedules in time. There will also be an expectation for the incoming team leader to have a 'hands on' approach in busy periods.
