Our clients are looking for a Customer Quality Advisor, someone who will provide excellent customer service in responding to enquiries made to the Asset Management team. They will also work with their property teams, partners and contractors to ensure that excellent customer service is provided consistently by all in the delivery of Asset Management services.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for dealing complaints and make sure that they are resolved to the satisfaction of the customers as fully and quickly as possible, and that we learn from them and use them to improve our service.

The main tasks of the role...

We are currently looking for an experienced estates officer with experience working within asset management and property transactions.

Your role will be to establish and maintain the trusts Micad system, collecting, managing and interpreting data to be used to enhance the management and cost effective use of the property portfolio. There will also be some involvement in leasehold management and property disposals and acquisitions.

Candidates must have experience in this field and have worked with Micad or within asset management in the public sector before. You must also have access to a vehicle.
