Job Description

The main purpose of this role is to manage the existing legal services product suite, and to provide strong support in developing new propositions and product developments. The key responsibilities are:

Product Management / Development / Innovation -

Responsibility for product features & benefits and how these support the proposition (including price)

Customers -

Responsibility for root cause analysis of complaints in order to reduce the number (and %). Management of individual complaint cases as required.
