Residential Conveyancer - Blackpool office
Full-time – Monday - Friday, 9am – 5pm, 35 hours per week

We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer who will run their own caseload of domestic conveyancing matters from instruction to completion.

The ideal candidate will have experience of sales and purchases of both leasehold and freehold properties and would be dealing with a high volume of work (at least 25 files per month).

Applicants will have strong relationships with referrers and be at ease when business developing new Clients and servicing existing Clients.
