Do you have customer service experience and sales experience? Do you have excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapports with customers? Duties include liaising with existing and new clients taking orders, asking questions, placing orders on the computer system, maintaining and updating client databases. Also responsible for receiving calls on a help line and handling enquires. Need to have excellent telephone manner and have an empathetic approach.

Part time hours are Mon, Wed, Thu 16:30-19:00 and include alternate Saturdays to average at 10.5 hours per week.
