Estates Manager - Fixed term for 12 months

£35,304 to £42,147 per annum

Our client requires an Estates Manager to ensure the College estates, buildings and transport assets are maintained to a very high and consistent standard to satisfy College requirements and all regulatory and statutory bodies. To manage the College Site Warden team and hold operational responsibility for security issues.

The purpose of the role will be to manage a portfolio contracts, staff and sub-contractors. You must have experience of managing multiple contracts and projects.

- New business development
- Liaising with customers/clients
- Contract costings
- Managing tenders
- Quoting
- Evaluating customer needs

We are looking to recruit experienced Grounds Staff who have experience in The maintenance of lawns and borders.

No formal qualification is required, however it is applicable that you have done commercial lawn maintenance within the last 12 months. Looking after your own garden or that of a family friend is not accepted as experience.
