CHEF DE PARTIE required for a clebrated Gastro Pub in Lincolnshire.

The Chef de Partie will be part of a team of 4 serving up to 70 covers and functions to 140 of modern European cuisine.

The salary is set at £16,000 which is spot on for a Chef de Partie salary in this area but there will be tips of about £2k per annum bringing the package to around £18k.

Also there are only 9 shifts.
