To work within a well-established Tenders team, within the Marketing Services department, responsible for sourcing, generating submission documents in response to Tenders, RFQs (Request for Quotation), PQQs (Pre-Qualifying Questionnaires) and Supplier Questionnaires for both commercial and public sector.
Receive and read through Tender/RFQ/PQQ/Supplier Questionnaire documents within 1 working day of receipt, prioritise (by deadline, size and workload) accordingly and complete Tenders Checklist, and send out requests for information in a timely manner.

Key Duties Will Include
Support the team in the completion and submission of pre-qualifying & supplier questionnaires.
Support the development, implementation and ongoing maintenance of a tender renewal report.
Maintain & update existing database & files of PHS information.
Liaise with customers for tender opportunities & subsequent documents.
Maintain & update keywords & common procurement vocabulary codes for PHS profiles.
