To key input into payrolls, check input and calculate payrolls
To produce BAC's reports for clients and ensure that they are authorised on time
To ensure that all payments are processed correctly according to the agreed schedule
To produce payroll reports and pay slips for the client
To handle client queries in a professional and friendly manner and by taking full ownership of the query always ensuring that a resolution is delivered to the client on time
To maintain communication with 3rd parties such as Inland Revenue, CSA, Pension Providers, etc
To escalate issues to the payroll supervisor immediately...
To investigate, negotiate and settle designated motor damage claims up to stipulated authority levels.
Investigating, negotiating and settling of designated motor damage claims, ensuring that Company resources are utilised in a cost effective manner.
Ensuring efficient progress and update of claims through the system.
Dealing with enquiries from insurance brokers, policyholders and other clients.
Liaising with other internal departments and external service providers.
Liaising with senior handler and team leader as and when necessary.
