Supervise and co-ordinate responses to all enquiries (RFP's / RFQ's / RFI's etc) to ensure they are completed on time, are in accordance with the customers' requirements and best practice.

Develop and implement improvements to systems and procedures for recording, tracking etc enquiries.

Manage the compilation of all proposal documentation and drive improvements in proposal presentation.
Review / draft / negotiate etc, as appropriate, terms and conditions for existing and new contracts with customers...
