Assistant Horse Handler Vacancy

Hours of work:
Monday to Friday - with flexibility to work occasional weekends
40 hours pw
7.30am to 4.00pm

Rate of Pay
£6.25 + bonus

Must possess:
Full driving licence
Minimum 2 years horse handling experience

Desirable:
Trailer licence
Some veterinary knowledge, vaccinations, worming and other medication

Main Duties:
Handling nervous/difficult rescue horses
Transporting horses to and from other areas
Checking and maintaining high standards of animal welfare
Assist with other animal duties when requested, including cattle, pigs, sheep...
