Our client is seeking an experienced Second Cook to join their team. You will be responsible for supervising the front of house staff and deputise in the absence of the head chef. This role is based on 1560 hours per year with reduced hours in the winter months.

You will be required to
- Assist the head cook in menu planning
- Deputise for head cook in the event of their absence
- Managing and ordering of stock
- Prepare dishes to standard recipes to ensure consistency
- Assist and aid development of extra business functions as required
