Reporting to the principal structural engineer, this client seeks a senior structural engineer to lead projects by delivery of commercial targets, leading and adhering to best practice, quality assurance and company guidelines throughout.

The principal structural engineer will be responsible for delivery of technical and commercial performance of projects, and be fee earning at 95%.  You will have demonstrable creative design skills with experience of providing creative, innovative and cost effective structural design options, with the ability to lead designs in all common forms of construction (steel, concrete, timber, masonry)....

A large national organisation have recently undergone a restructure and as a result require an experienced CIPD qualified (ideally MCIPD or FCIPD) HR Professional to support local management with a consultation process with their workforce. The role will be to support Line Managers who will be conducting meetings with individual employees to outline what steps are being taken and the process involved.

Ideally you will have recent experience of company restructure / reorganisation programmes in a unionised environment and have knowledge & experience of TUPE legislation and have the ability to project manage campaigns of this nature.
