Key Duties:
• Routine lab analysis of alcoholic beverages including microbiological, chemical and organoleptic testing
• Preparing chemical solutions
• Collecting/preparing samples
• Equipment calibration
• Record keeping/ documenting results from all procedures undertaken
• Liaising with production staff to ensure production plan timescales maintained
• Compliance with all company policies and procedures including BRC, H&S etc
