The Home Manager must have a proven track record in care home management, the ability to manage staff and budgets, experience of marketing a service and a dynamic and enthusiastic attitude towards providing care of the highest possible standard.

As the Home Manager you will responsible for the day to day running of the home including overseeing the staff team and ensuring that the residents needs are being met at all times.
