Main Duties:
- The Chef de Rang will assist in the smooth running of the Restaurant
- The Chef de Rang must maintain the exceptionally high standards of the restaurant
- The Chef de Rang will report directly into the Head waiter
- The Chef de Rang will help train all new members of the team
